	This is to reiterate last year's strong recommendation of
Robert Filman.  His understanding of computer science in general
and of AI in particular has matured in the last year as has his
ability to write good prose.  I hope we can get him back from
CMU, because he has worked most creatively in the Formal Reasoning
Group at the AI Lab, and we expect him back this summer.
I am sure he will complete a thesis in good time.
